jl49's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits you have made to your jl49 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl49's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jl49 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if the Platform reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Players may close their jl49 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (following resolution of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jl49's internal complaint resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to jl49 via the support email. jl49 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a complete written complaint.
jl49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl49 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jl49 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the jl49 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
